By installing this application through the Microsoft Store, you can avoid encountering the flagging issue.
The same application is packaged in three formats: an installer (.exe), a portable version, and an MSIX package for the Microsoft Store. Each option is safe; however, the MSIX package undergoes a longer certification process to appear in the store.
We offer both installer and portable versions outside the Microsoft Store to avoid some of its limitations, like the lack of access to older versions and the delay in releasing updates. Microsoft Store isn’t ideal for version migration, so these download options provide flexibility and timely access to the latest releases.
we encourage users to troubleshoot minor issues independently, as relying on our team for small problems is discouraged. Currently, we do not offer a dedicated 24/7 user support service. If possible, seek help from an experienced person nearby.

System Compatibility and Issue:When a software-related issue is reported to us, we first try to recreate the problem on our own PCs. If we encounter the same issue, it is concluded to be a bug in the software. However, if we do not experience the same issue on our systems, we conclude that it is a system environment-related issue. Since the software works by establishing communication with other applications, any interference or inability of other applications in the system environment to interact properly with it may prevent the app from functioning as expected. Before releasing a new version of the application, it is submitted to the Microsoft Store, where a moderator (a real human) thoroughly examines various aspects of the software and grants approval for publishing on the Microsoft Store. (This is primarily why publication on the Microsoft Store takes longer.) During this review process, if even the smallest issue—ranging from the icon to software-related functionality—is identified, the application is rejected.
Our Limitations: This is not a commercial application and we do not have a dedicated user support team. Managing a large user base with a small team is challenging. We encourage users to troubleshoot minor issues independently. Relying on us for minor issues is discouraged. If possible, seek help from an experienced person nearby. During times of high traffic, we may not be able to respond to everyone. We encourage users with limited computer experience to consider the free version of Kontho rather than paid plans.
User-Generated Data: You can save and manage words using this app. Your dictionary file (.pkl) is stored on your device, and we don't access or share it with any third parties.
Word Contribution: You have the option to contribute to our dictionary by adding a word to our Google Firebase data server. This feature is entirely voluntary. You can do so by checking the Contribute checkbox when adding a new word. By default, this option is unchecked.
No Personal Data Collection: "Nms Kontho" does not collect any personal data, and we do not share any information with third parties.
Future Updates: In the future, we may add or remove features in both the free and Pro versions as needed.
